18 November 2023 - The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) witnessed a proud collaboration between the KSE ULM Community and HIMIESPA FEB ULM in organizing the Student Creativity Program (PKM) workshop.
The PKM workshop held at FEB ULM aims to provide a deep understanding to students about the importance of PKM as a means to develop creativity and research skills. The collaboration between the KSE ULM Community and HIMIESPA FEB ULM, which focuses on community service, provides a rich and comprehensive perspective to the participants.
The event began with an opening session attended by representatives from the KSE ULM Community and HIMIESPA FEB ULM. The speakers shared their experiences and insights on the importance of research and creativity in supporting community development.
The workshop continued with practical sessions, where participants were given step-by-step guidance on how to design and implement quality PKM. The materials involved research techniques, proposal writing, and project implementation strategies.
Workshop participants included recipients of the Karya Salemba Empat Scholarship and students from the Development Economics Study Program at ULM. They showed high enthusiasm and actively participated in every session. Some of them expressed that the workshop provided new perspectives and inspiration to develop creative ideas in their research.
The KSE ULM Community and HIMIESPA FEB ULM hope that this workshop can have a positive impact in improving the quality of ULM students' PKM. This collaboration is not just a one-time event, but is expected to be the beginning of continuous support between these two entities in developing student creativity and research.
