Banjarbaru, 26 August 2023 - The Karya Salemba Empat (KSE) Community of Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) held their inaugural event, First Gathering, on 26 August 2023. The event took place at the Mentaos Pine Forest Park, Banjarbaru City, as a formal introduction to Karya Salemba Empat and to instill a positive mindset for KSE scholarship recipients at ULM.
The First Gathering of Paguyuban KSE ULM 2023 became a highly anticipated event for KSE scholarship recipients. This event marked the first step in the series of agendas for the Paguyuban KSE ULM Period 2023-2024. The purpose of this activity is to introduce Karya Salemba Empat to students and raise awareness about the importance of making a positive contribution to society through education.
The event began with an introduction session among the participants, providing them with the opportunity to get to know each other. This was followed by an explanation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of Paguyuban KSE ULM, enabling the participants to understand the procedures and regulations in place within Paguyuban KSE ULM. The introduction of divisions also played a significant role in this activity, allowing the participants to choose a division that aligns with their interests and talents.
Moreover, the event included an enjoyable ice-breaking session. The participants were invited to take part in various games and fun activities, aimed at strengthening the bond between members of Paguyuban KSE ULM.
In his address, the Chairman of Paguyuban KSE ULM for the Period 2023-2024, expressed his hope that the KSE scholarship recipients would excel in their academic pursuits and actively contribute to various social activities in their surroundings. He also emphasized the importance of collaboration and cooperation among the members of Paguyuban KSE ULM in order to achieve shared goals in making a positive impact on society.
The First Gathering of Paguyuban KSE ULM 2023 concluded with a high spirit and enthusiasm from the participants. This event provided an opportunity for KSE scholarship recipients to build social connections, enhance their knowledge, and feel closer to the mission of Karya Salemba Empat. Therefore, it is hoped that the members of Paguyuban KSE ULM can collectively create a positive impact in education and the surrounding community.
